Loving Cleaning’s Cancellation Policy: 

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled, or if we are unable to gain entry to your property upon arrival (a “lock-out”), you will be subject to a penalty/fee/rebooking charge for one full hour per scheduled cleaning technician.

This fee is calculated as one full hour fee multiplied by the number of people scheduled for your reservation. 

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice when you receive your 24-hour appointment reminder or before 5:00 PM the day prior to your appointment by calling 503-332-7138.
